Students must maintain the minimum of a 2.5 G.P.A. in school year work and pass all core subjects. Additionally, students’ academic performance and disciplinary record will be evaluated at the end of the first semester and the end of the second semester in order to determine whether the scholarship will be renewed.

Students are required to attend an after-school tutoring program four times a week as indicated by the Principal of the High School. Parents of these students are required to attend meetings called by the administration, pick up mid and end of semester report cards. Parents must also visit the school regularly to check on the academic and disciplinary progress of the enrolled student. The evaluations are reviewed by the Financial Aid Committee at these times. Students must adhere to the Student Code of Conduct of the College as outlined in the Student Handbook. Students who are placed on suspension for disciplinary issues risk losing the award.
