SJCU student visit at The National Heritage Library

SJCU students of Culture & Change class visited The National Heritage Library in Belmopan this week. The main objective of this trip was to provide students with a unique educational experience that highlights the cultural, political, and economic changes in Belize through historical media, including old newspaper articles and images. The visit served as a practical application of classroom learning, offering insights into how society evolves over time. In addition, the field trip will prepare students on how to handle images provided for a future digital album which they are working on for one of their assignments.
