On Tuesday, February 18, 2024. we had the distinct honor of hosting Ashley Lightburn, a brilliant mathematician whose work has significantly contributed to the field of mathematics, as well as an inspiring advocate for Women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). Her presence was part of the esteemed Signa Yorke Lecture Series at St. John's College, a platform dedicated to promoting intellectual discourse and showcasing influential figures in various fields. The event drew a diverse audience, including students, faculty, and community members, all eager to engage with Ashley's insights and experiences.
