Finance Office

The Finance Office serves as the backbone of the institution's financial operations, ensuring the effective management of funds and resources to support the college's mission and goals. This office oversees tuition and fee payments, budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting, providing transparency and accountability in all its processes. Dedicated to offering excellent service, the Finance Office works closely with students, parents, faculty, and staff to address financial needs and inquiries, fostering a supportive environment that prioritizes efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility.

 

Office Location: 1st Floor, Melhado Hall

Office Hours: Monday to Thursday - 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Friday - 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Payment Methods

Payment can be made at the finance office or at The Belize Bank account number 135907010120001 (Account Name: St. John's College) or SJC Atlantic Bank account number 210873161 (Account Name: St. John's College Fees)

Payment Plan (JC)

St. John’s College payment plan is offered to assist in making flexible payments during the enrolled semester for students who cannot afford to meet full payments by the deadline.

Parking Permit

Parking on campus at St. John’s College is a privilege that the school provides for its students who are currently  enrolled in programs at the institution. These policies are in place to help keep the parking lot safe and provide the  opportunity for students to drive to school.
